I wanted Everyone to know about our schedules for Magic Tournaments on Eldrazi Prerelease and Release weekends.
Prerelease Weekend
April 17th - Saturday
1pm - Rise Sealed Prerelease Event. $24 Entry. 36 people Max. 5 Rounds of swiss. Payout based on Match points.
4pm - Rise Sealed Prerelease Event. $24 Entry. 36 people Max. 5 Rounds of Swiss. Payout based on Match points.
7pm - Legacy Constructed. $5 Entry.
8pm - Rise Sealed Prerelease Event. $24 Entry. 36 people Max. 5 Rounds of Swiss. Payout based on Match points.

March 6th at 1:00pm we are hosting the Magic the Gathering Worldwake Games Day Tournament.
Standard Constructed format with a $5 entry per player.
This will be swiss rounds with a cut to top 8.
Each participant will get 1 Full Art Hada Freeblade.
Top 8 and 2 Random players will get 1 Full Art Foil Kalastria Highborn.
As a special promotion for this tournament Armada Games will be increasing the prize pool by 20% without increasing the entry fee.

Each year, on one Sunday, we at Armada Games open the store really late so that we can all go to the Bay Area Renaissance Festival. (http://www.bayarearenaissancefest.com/)
This year we are doing this on March 7th. That day we will be opening the store by 7pm.
We have tickets on sale for $14. Children's Tickets are $7.

Season 2 of the Armada Games 2010 Blood Bowl League starts on Feb 22. We learned a lot of things not to do with last league and have corrected as much as we are able. Please check out the Forums for the new rules. If you have questions, please post them or talk to us in store.

• Arbor Elf – The best part of this card is the flavor text. • Avenger of Zendikar – Somewhere a 7 year old pooed a little when they saw this. I'm not 7, I'm not impressed. • Bestial Menace – a 3/3, 2/2, 1/1 for 5 mana? YEAH I'll Bituminous Blast into that. I'll just cast it. Whatever. This card is really quite nice! (Note from the Editor: You can not Cascade into this card with Bituminous Blast.)

So I was not planning on playing Legacy cause I did not have a deck. I was not planning on covering  Legacy because of the unfortunateness that occurred the time prior. I was just there to hang out and I guess some one though it'd be funny to put a bunch of islands in my hand.Jokes on them! I was playing Merfolk with some fairly bad alterations because we were short a few Aether Vials. Pretty big subtraction for the deck but it was alright. • Admonition Angel – Six mana for a 6/6 Flyer. I'll take it! Wait, Wait there's more! Whenever you play a land you get and Oblivion Ring. My rain falled out my face jar... • Apex Hawks – Limited. Not going to happen anywhere else. • Archon of Redemption – This card is good, but it costs 3WW. Know what else costs 3WW? I'll give you a hint, it slays bane. In Block expect to see this sultry (I just discovered first hand how easy it is to confuse sultry and slutty when typing) little number more that once. • Battle Hurda – Only have 39 card in your draft deck and already have 18 lands? Here's your guy :(
